Owl Cupcakes

WHOOOO made cupcakes?!?! I DID :)

I was asked to make owl cupcakes for a baby shower and jumped at the chance. Lindsay from Inklings Paperie took the owl theme and ran with it. After seeing her invites, I can only imagine how cute the rest of the party is going to be ;) Anyhow, she wanted cupcakes to go along with the theme, so here they are. Each of them with custom birch tree liners. Adorable! And not only are the cute, they're delicious too. Super moist, diary-free, egg-free chocolate cake and butter cream frosting. YUM!

WHOOOO should you call when you need cupcakes for your next party?!?! This girl, right here!!! :D

Ultimate St. Patrick's Day Cupcake

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

No better way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day than with a cupcake loaded with alcohol ;) In the spirit of the day, I made some cupcakes to take with me to work. A fellow co-worker of mine brews his own beer and played a big part in these cupcakes :)

These cupcakes are a chocolate stout cake with chocolate whiskey filling and Baileys Irish Cream frosting. And to top them off, I piped on little shamrocks. They had to have a little green on them :D I haven't had any, but I can imagine that they're pretty tasty :) I'll let you guys know how they go over ;)

Enjoy! (And be safe this St. Patty's Day!)

Cupcakes fit for a King!

So, I haven't posted in quite a while, but I've been super busy. And unfortunately, that didn't leave very much time to bake. But don't worry friends, I have a lot of orders coming up. So look for the future postings :)

On to the cupcakes! A friend of mine had a castle/dragon themed party for her son's 1st birthday. She requested chocolate and vanilla cupcakes (because you can't really go wrong with chocolate and vanilla ;) everyone loves them). Overall they were pretty simple, but still came out very elegant. Because of the theme I asked her if I could make the birthday boy's cupcake a little special. She was all for the idea :) So, I made him a jumbo sized cupcake with a fondant dragon on top. I also made a little fondant castle that she displayed next to the cupcake. They fit in nicely with the theme and were definitely fit for a king ;)
