NOT Chocolate Eclairs! HA!

So tonight I was going to try a new recipe - Chocolate Eclair cupcakes. Well, that didn't work out so well. Unfortunately I burned the custard and didn't have the energy to make a new batch. So, I present to you......vanilla cupcakes, chocolate-peanut butter filling, chocolate ganache and sprinkled with chocolate chip cookie crumbs ;) Just kinda started throwing things together. They turned out great though :) Sometimes mistakes turn out to be something great!
