I had an itch to bake today and decided to try another new recipe. Lemon cupcakes, lemon pudding filling and lemon whipped cream frosting - each of them topped with a little lemon zest garnish :) They're super good and quite refreshing. All those co-workers of mine who made New Year's Resolutions aren't going to be too happy with me ;) haha. Take a look!
